Workshop details:

💫Flow Acrobatics

Floor based movements WITH the pole; blending Capoeira, contemporary dance and break. Learning the moves on the floor to be sure we get the right technique so then we can transfer that awareness to the pole.

💫Fijatoria

Rotations on a static Pole ~ This is the style of pole where Dani is a master. Learn how to rotate each move from scratch to create your own Fijatoria's combinations, just like a puzzle. Once you do this your static pole will never be the same.

💫Circular Movement

This is absolutely dance ON and with the pole. Low flow movement that combines static rotations with floor based transitions in one phrase. Always looking for the feeling of being floating in circles.
